Singer-songwriter Beau James Wilding returns to The Jeremiah Show to introduce his evolving dark folk project, Food for the Wyrm, and the haunting new album A Wicked Huntsman. Drawing inspiration from traditional folk ballads, doom, punk, and Irish storytelling traditions, Beau opens up about embracing life’s darker emotions instead of hiding from them. From recording in Ireland to exploring themes of mortality, suffering, and transformation, Beau shares how the album became both a meditation on death and a celebration of being fully alive. Summon the Wrym!
Later in the episode, pop artist Nicole Sophia returns with her powerful new single “Too Young to Die” from her album Feral. Nicole speaks candidly about mental health, OCD, social media authenticity, self-love, and the emotional highs and lows that come with building an independent music career. The conversation explores how music can become both a survival tool and a form of resistance, while Nicole continues encouraging listeners to embrace every imperfect part of themselves without apology.
